Sawgrass Country Club Athletic Fundamentals Camp

Hosted at prestigious Sawgrass CC, Kendal provides an interactive experience of his book, “The Athletic Fundamentals of Golf.” During this 2 Day Camp you will learn how to move, think and apply the 8 Athletic Movement Principles in all parts of your golf game, from putting to full swing.

The 8 Athletic Movement Principles are:

Center of Gravity Control
Physical Advantage
The Gathering
Centripetal Force
The Heavy Point
Ground Reactive Force

Maximum class size 8 people. Morning sessions will be in the gym and afternoon sessions on the range. There will be a partial refund if a day is cancelled due to inclement weather, pro rated on the amount of school content that can be covered. A minimum of 50% of the content will be covered as 50% of the content is movement related and performed in the gym or on a tennis court.
